Interview
The interview process consisted of one 30 minute Technical phone screen and a one hour panel interview with the director, project manager, and tech manager. In the tech screen, we reviewed code and I was given a few coding tests. I was also given a small programming problem to solve in the panel interview.

Interview
Applied online. The recruiter sent me an email for an initial phone call. On the day of the interview, the recruiter rescheduled. On the another day of interview, the recruiter ended up ghosting me. If this is how the company is treating their potential employee, I can only imagine how worse it could get when you work there.
