I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ascension (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2016
Interview
Interview I thought went well for 3500 Unit south Ortho. I was asked to come back over the weekend to shadow with another weekend person. To see if I would like it if it would be something I would want to do. I thought it was strange but I did it after the snow storm. I went the following week interview then that Sunday morning from 7am to 11am. Four hours of my time wasted only to get an email after I sent too follow up emails to the director I interviewed with to say thank you. I got a email of we regret to inform you. What kinda unprofessional game are they playing.

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ascension (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2022
Interview
Completed one interview online and was offered the job on the spot. Relatively simple and expected questions. The process was easy and self-explanatory. I have heard about other processed being a little longer.
Generic interview. Preliminary interview with recruiting agent then phone interview with the floor director due to Covid. What is a difficult situation you've been faced with at work, how did you handle it?

Interview
I had a phone interview that I thought went okay . She asked a question that I was unsure of . I asked her to ask the question towards the end she asked again and I answered , but did not receive any offer or notification after. About two months later I applied again and I have another phone interview for a week from now I am hoping all goes well.
