common,it was my first interview ever so I failed it.
Hiring event. Lots of people. Very straightforward just introduce yourself and have a regular conversation about why nursing. It was really easy. There were 4 different hospitals and you go up to whatever one you want to.
Fast, not super in depth interview and not a lot of information off the bat. Not a ton of options for placement unless you already work for them. Med surg was the only thing available when I applied almost asap after interviews opened (of course)

Spoke with two nurse managers from two different units regarding general emotional intelligence questions and why I decided to apply for this particular nurse residency. We spoke for about 20 minutes.
