The first part of the inerview process was a phone screening. This was a way to further assess my skills and experience. They were looking to get more information on my work history and education in order to compare it to job requirements.
After the phone interview I had a group interview with the senior manager and two team leads. They took turns asking me questions from a prepared list.
The last step was a one on one interview with another team lead. This interview went very deep into my work history and education.
