Met with nurse manager and went over experience and saw the unit. Went over orientation process. Looked over resume and asked about cna education. Nurse manager was very thorough and communicative of the whole process.

Very Upfront , Just be yourself and ask as many questions as possible. Dont answer questions in one word. Be thorough when speaking. Never use yes or no. Dress very professional it helps

Call back after completing application process and then invited for an interview, process was seamless. Some hospitals and skilled nursing facilities have complicated the application and interview process and it can be very discouraging.
