Interview
There was a 20-30 minute phone screen with a HR recruiter. The second interview was with four gentlemen. I received an offer. . . but messed it up when I tried to negotiate the salary. This was a huge mistake, I am still kicking myself for. If you get an offer, thank God and take it. The company is growing exponentially. Getting to be a part of that growth is a once in a life time chance.

They were interested in specific areas of past experience. Some situational questions.
The interview process was easy and included 1 phone interview and 2 zoom interviews. The first zoom interview was with the manager and second interview was with the team I would be working with.

Interview
The interview process consisted of 5 interviews with various members of the organization. It also included a technical skills assessment and a case interview over the phone. Questions were wide ranging from relevant history to professional goals. Overall the experience was intense, but it gave me valuable insight into the consistency of culture and overall direction of the company.
