Ascendeum Program Manager interview questions

The recruiter had contacted me on LinkedIn and asked a few basic screening questions, which involved current salary, salary expectations, proximate time of joining etc Post which I was given a task of presentation. I scheduled the presentation/nterview myself. The interview went well. But the offered ctc was equal to my previous salary, so declined.
