Ascend Health interview questions

Interviewed with office manager. Interview was unusual. We had a friendly discussion but I couldn't tell you exactly what we talked about. I tried to ask about the company outlook and what future opportunities would be available. Could not get a clear response . I was told at the end of the interview that I would be contacted the next week . No response for over a month but my application still shows an "active" status on their company website . I was turned down for another position with them and received an email and a status change on the website . It was a position in would have accepted. Consistency in follow through would have been appreciated

Contacted by recruiter from NJ to set up interview. Turn around was quick and I was able to interview in the next few days. Offer was extended the next day after interview and accepted immediately. Recruiter organized paperwork and completed background checks, set up drug tests, etc. and then I was able to be oriented. Interview was great, conducted by two very professional and qualified members of nursing and business mgt.
