Asavie Technologies interview questions

Typical phone screen, followed by a typical onsite. Whiteboard kind of interview, not focused on coding skills. They are only looking for someone who is willing to accept their usual low offer. They don't really care about quality

2 hours worth of online testing (attitude & personality testing) interesting but I question the overall value. 3 interviews with different HR folks generally 30-40 minutes in length and each one was separated by a week. Then the phone interview with the hiring manager took 3 weeks to set up. After that, it took 3 weeks to get an answer on status. So, overall 8-week process that included 5 hours of time plus numerous emails. HR folks were very kind during the process but I don't think lines of communication are in place between corporate and the field.
