Interview
The interview lasted about 30 minutes. It was relatively informal with a team member and team leader. They explained a little about the team structure and current projects and I was able to ask questions. They did not ask for examples of successful work or challenges overcome, but asked specifically what skills and knowledge I could contribute. It was more difficult than I had been expecting for an internship - more difficult than previous job interviews.

Why Arup? What particular theories will you contribute to our thinking? What makes you the best person for this role?
It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
