It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.

The interviewer asked questions on past academic projects details that I did, so need to be very familar with what you included in the CV and cover letter. Check on the basic understanding for the knowledge required by the internship position.

what do you think is the difference between infrastructure and structural departments?
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
