The interview/assessment centre was split into two half days.
Day 1: company intro, virtual office tour (during Covid-19 period), and a group task.
Day 2: a test based on my major in Civil and Geotechnical Engineering, and an interview (technical and HR combined).

Pre-Recorded Virtual Interview (PRVI), with 9 questions total and about 1 min 30 secs to answer each and You are allowed 1-3 attempts per quesion and can also preview answer before submitting.

Interview
Consisted of 6 hours. First starting with Technical Interview which was discussion of key geotechnical issues of a given project after there was a case study. This is purely justification of your answers and not engineering related.
