I was referred and had a call with a recruiter first. Next, I met with a senior member of the team and a recruiter for a structured "behavioral" interview (mostly). It was a friendly conversation, and we covered a lot of ground. They said for this role, they only needed one round of interviews unless there were more than one top candidates that they needed a second round to assess. After the interview, the recruiter called to talk me through the offer and total salary package in detail and answered some follow-up questions I had about the position. Overall, I was impressed. It was a really great comfortable and transparent process and I was kept informed the whole way.
