Interview
Three rounds of interview - written test, 1st interview, and 2nd interview. The written test includes a 10-minute essay test and a 45-minute technical test. There were two interviewers in the first face-to-face interview but only one in the second interview.
Online video interview. Asked to record 1:30 minute responses to 3 questions. Given time to plan answers and re-record if necessary. Questions were very general about why the job offer appeals to you
Applied online in October and then got invited to a virtual assessment centre that happened in December. The online application was pretty straightforward. The virtual assessment centre was a whole day type of thing, it consisted of a technical interview with two panelists, a competency based interview, and then a case study.
