Interview
Went into the office early, the head of structurals and and a senior structural engineer interviewed me. I also brought in a piece of work for them to see, this was discussed during the interview and I had to describe what the task was. Overall interview lasted around 40mins.
There was initial application, online assessment which was very difficult then a 4 hour long online interview day, there was an interview from two members of staff, asking questions to staff, a scenario I had to budget for, then explain my reasonings to two staff members, and design scenario marker by anther 2 different members of staff

Interview
It was a casual style Skype cgat, talked about my cv, interests and specific skills I have applicable to the role. Also talked about theoretical fire protection scenarios (most important fire safety measures in a hospital, gallery, etc).
