Interview
Comprised of three parts: Group task, individual task, and interview. The first task was the group task which consisted of a project proposal. As a team, we were to discuss the six core values of Arup and apply them to the client's project proposal to decide whether it was a project Arup should accept. Second, came the individual task which was consisted of a series of technical questions. Lastly, came the interview which lasted for approximately 40 mins.

Interview
The interview was online (during COVID). I was sent an email beforehand asking me to send in a copy of my passport and I was emailed the link to the interview as well. When I began the interview, I was first met by the HR person who checked my passport over video, and then directed to the main interview. Here, the line manager and one other employee were on-screen and the actual interview began. It lasted 45 minutes roughly and the interviewers were very friendly and warm.
