I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arup (Glasgow, Scotland) in Sep 2016
Interview
I was asked to participate to a phone interview after I submitted my application online. The application online consisted of submitting your CV, location preferences and answering some questions regarding your motivation. The interview was professional yet friendly and I was asked some typical interview questions before I was asked more scenario-based questions. The entire interview lasted 30-35 minutes and I was told at the end that I would be contacted within a few weeks. I did not get a job offer.
Online video interview. Asked to record 1:30 minute responses to 3 questions. Given time to plan answers and re-record if necessary. Questions were very general about why the job offer appeals to you
Applied online in October and then got invited to a virtual assessment centre that happened in December. The online application was pretty straightforward. The virtual assessment centre was a whole day type of thing, it consisted of a technical interview with two panelists, a competency based interview, and then a case study.
