The interview involved a tour of one of their projects, where the interviewer described the kind of projects that the company works on and the vision behind it. This was then followed by an extensive question and answer session.

Interview
Started with great communication from Tom, the Human Resources manager. Awesome person! First phone interview with him, he went through my portfolio and asked me about the projects that were presented there and many other questions (1/2 Phone interview). I was later called for a group interview with the project managers. After the interview, I was requested references. A few days after, He called me to let me know they had hired someone else and asked me to follow up with him since another position would be open in a couple of months.
Great gesture to call!
