Very unprofessional and rude. They make blank statements about the quality of the candidate without even testing the candidate in a real-life situation. They want someone who knows theory well, I feel that it matters more than being a good developer in practice. Even if I got an offer from them, I would have declined because I think that working in an environment where people look down on you is toxic and not healthy.
