three different interviews. The first one one a group case solution interview. The group was about 20 people. One case was presented, than the solution was required. Each group after 2 h had to present the solution provided. The second interview was a classic consulting case interview. In the same day two interviews were done, with two different managers. In both interviews both motivational aspects, professional back ground and business case solution were presented.
Finally the third step was a motivational and back ground interview with a partner.
