I took part in an initial phone screening interview, and it was a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the offer was contracted to 3 months with a possibility of an extension (but they couldn't confirm at that time) and I was looking for something more long-term, but this initial interview left me with a very positive impression of the company overall.
