It was really brief. I applied on linkedin, was sent a link to submit a 1-min intro video, then got a message from Charles saying he'd like to interview me. From there, it was that call with Charles, then one with Logan and then an offer letter.
They never asked me about my sales background or anything though. In hindsight, knowing what I do about the company now, I doubt they even really watched my initial video interview. Seems like they just want "headcount" versus talent.
