Interviewing was very easy and low-stress. It wasn’t intimidating, and I felt welcomed during the interview instead of scared. It was a convenient and relaxing environment rather than an intimidating one, and everyone I’ve met throughout the process seems like a team I would want to be a part of.

The interview process was with Neil and Mike. They quizzed on some tech skills and discussed the history of Armstrong and had us sell ourselves to them. They explained the pathway to advancing and benefits with the company

The hiring and interviewing process was professional but very welcoming. Everyone is very relaxed and friendly. Before even getting to my resume, they just wanted to know about me as a person which was a nice change of pace.

Light and inviting , was not nervous and got to meet nice supervisors as well as tour the building...got feedback on the same day and started the very next business week
