Armitage Opticians interview questions

Multiple steps which include a Psychometric test which will be valuable to me for the future. Followed by a 2 hour 121 and a half trial day. Very thorough, friendly, open and honest approach. Discussed their challenges and their vision. Allowed me lots of time to ask my own questions. Would highly recommend. Sadly due to a personal unexpected location issue was unable to accept their offer.
