Very irresponsible recruiter. I was supposed to have a screening interview through microsoft. However, the recruiter didn't show up and a few minutes later sent me the reschedule email without saying sorry or if I am available at that time. I was not available and sent an email to reschedule but no answers. After second email, no response. The company needs to talk to this recruiter. Very irresponsible.
