Interview
The interview process was quite long and fairly challenging. It was only 3 interviews which is normal, but required a good bit of work outside of the interviews. The 1st was just a standard phone screen, but the 2nd required me to provide a 45 minute presentation showcasing my previous work as well as a focus on 2 projects I have worked on. This was followed up with Q&A and one-on-ones. For the 3rd interview I was given 48 hours to complete a Mechanical design and then present it to the team in a design review format as if I we were going to purchase the parts after the design review. This was followed up with 3 hrs of one-on-ones and a hands-on example of one of the things I would be doing as an employee there. Then they took me out for a happy hour
