It was an online interview, they asked family background,why should we hire you,and also gave 2 questions to solve to assess listening skills. Questions were aptitude based if your analytical skills are strong then you can easily crack it.

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Argusoft in Aug 2025
Interview
First Round was aptitude with Min 70% criteria Second round was Reading Comprehension + Puzzle Round, Third Round was a basic Interview with Listening based 2 Puzzle Type Question, so the interviewer spoke the questions and we need to note and solve the questions within 5-10 minutes.
The question are like general reasoning and thinking ability. they asked about questions on your family background and normal hr questions along with general awareness section. If for the last round 14 students selected they took only one or none. Eliminating candidate is their motive.
The interview starts from the aptitude test which was of 1 hr containing 3 sections which includes 1st for core aptitude , 2nd for reasoning and 3rd for verbal/non-verbal communication.
