      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arcurve (Calgary, AB) in Jan 2021

      Interview

I applied through my university career board in early January and was contacted for an interview. Part of the application process involved attempting a technical challenge they included on their career board posting. The first part of the interview was a group session with the rest of the candidates and some of the upper management. We were given a short presentation on the company and how it operates, and given the opportunity to ask questions. The second part of the interview was individual with a project manager and technical lead pair. The interview was mainly behavioural with an interest in past experience working on projects, leadership experience, and personality evaluation. As far as I can tell, they care more about hiring good, driven people rather than the most experienced or technically advanced.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What are some of the project you have worked on in the past? What did you learn from them? Is there anything you would do differently if you had to do them again now?
