Had 1 phone interview. Was told " if I was confident I could pass a drug test to give 2 weeks notice. Hiring process not too demanding. High turnover rate requires a high number of new hires. Interview was short and straightforward - no difficult questions.
The person who interviewed me is no longer with the company, so my experience will have little relevance to current interview processes/ hiring process. I believe most candidates go to the company headquarters in WY. for an interview. I feel that due to high turnover rates the hiring standards are minimal at best. The company expects to loose several employees for each one that stays.
