We were discussing a 5+ years of experience vacancy, and as a candidate with that much international experience, I didn't expect to be asked "how long did it take to finish your studies?" and "what was your post-graduate/master thesis", and nothing about my professional experience. Plus, I encountered a hostile environment. If they had pre-selected another candidate we needn't waste both our time. If the vacancy was still open, I really don't understand how they judge candidates, or what they were looking for exactly to start with. Didn't seem a very promising place to work.
