Standard online application process, which if successful you move to the next stage which is submitting a set of recorded responses to prompt questions. You get the questions in advance, and do a zoom type recording of your 30-sec responses. From that they sometimes invite you to the office in person for your/further interview, but I was hired just from the online submissions.

Initially was connected through a phone call with HR. Less than a week later I was sent an email to book a video interview for the coming week. I was informed that I got the role 2 weeks later.

Very laid back interview. Questions mostly focused around what I wanted to get out of an internship and the direction I wanted to take my career, and what hobbies I like to engage in.
