      Graduate Ecologist Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Arcadis in Jan 2022

      Interview

Made me play a series of games and called it a psychometric test. One round was a spinning dial which had to be stopped on the highlight number. There were 20 of these and if you got any wrong you were back to the beginning. To add to the insult that this had absolutely nothing to do with the role I was applying for, they then send you a report of your 'personality' which has been assessed by your ability to play reaction time games. Apparently actual experience in the field counts for nothing if you can't press a button quick enough. Complete waste of time.
