Interview
I applied for a job in the UK offices. The interview consisted on an assessment day. The day was divided into 3 parts. We first took a written quiz (1h) we then had a group work (1h) and after that, one on one interviews started. They were really friendly and compassionate.
It was the perfect level of informal and formal. They were very open and it was telling that they put people first. The offcies are lush too and they have a good benefits package
Great process! Very casual conversation and the team has a good culture. The leaders of the structural team are very nice and easy to talk to. It has since been a great place to work.
