Arcadia.io interview questions

Received an email from recruiter, basic experience questions were asked working with clients and how my prior roles matched the job description. I didn't hear back for several months when a "manager" reached out. I had already found another position at that time, so I ignored it.

Interview process spanned multiple weeks. Process was unclear, kept changing steps, interviews, etc. More than once I was "ghosted" for several weeks, during which time I reached out for updates and received none. This was while they repeatedly pushed me to let them know my thoughts immediately after the interview. Ultimately asked me to do a case study, which had not been included in the original process, and after I completed my final interview, they fully ghosted me. There is no transparency in the job hiring process and I would not recommend to anyone seeking.
