Interview
I was hired on as a crew member and worked up to a supervisor. The interview was okay. We sat at a table in the lobby and was asked some questions and I got a call 2 days later with a job offer. After I got the job I was asked to come in for "orientation" which was just a walk through of the building and meeting coworkers I would be working with.

Easy going interview process. Asked me about my previous experience working as a shift lead, fast food operations and management. Interviewer was easy to talk to and made the interview less nerve wracking

Interview
The manager sat with me in the lobby and asked me questions about my previous jobs and my interests. We talked about the requirements of the position and what was expected of me. It was a standard interview.
