Applied through an internal referral, got email from recruiter to schedule phone screen after about 1.5 week, had 1 hr phone screen with hiring manager, it was all technical questions, after another week after phone screen, recruiter contacted me to schedule on-site interview, this on-site interview was kept being rescheduled multiple times with various reason(manager not available, team not available etc etc), after another 3 weeks, finally went in for on-site interview. It was 3 sessions interview, 2 technical sessions of 45-minutes each with 2 engineers (2 engineers local, another 2 engineers from MI), of course those two sessions were all technical non-stop. The third session was with a project manager and hiring manager, was more on behavior type of questions and Agile. Personally think the interview went well, and recruiter said there was no negative feedback on me, yet, there was no offer, just like most people left review for this company, I do not think they are seriously or determined to hire, I think they just look around in market, or something like that, before my own interview, I had read all the reviews on glassdoor for this company, I had feeling that I would have similar experience like everyone else, sure that was what happened.
