The interview process I experienced was very poor due to basic lack of communication and cancellation of plans. Initially, we were meant to have a phone call, which I prepared for. My point of contact did not call me (I did not have his number), and did not apologise for not calling. We went through to an interview process. The first interview went well. I was then told they would like to do a 2nd interview. We organised a date. I then tried to organise a time, but my point of contact did not respond until after the proposed date. He apologised and still wanted to meet me again. And the same happened again. This did not represent the company well whatsoever and I have decided not to move forward any further with this company
