Had an initial phone call with the recruiter, but they weren't clear that they wanted a person for onsite working. They weren't too keen or open to remote working, and expected to reduce the ammount of remote working days per month. If I accepted to continue the interview process, after the phone call there would be another 2 interviews, with 1 of them being in Lisbon.
