The interview process at Apptware was structured, transparent, and overall a great experience. It began with an initial HR screening where the role and expectations were clearly explained, followed by a technical round that focused on real-world problem-solving and coding logic rather than just theory. The final discussion was with the project lead, where we spoke about team culture, project ownership, and growth opportunities. Each round felt conversational and engaging, and the interviewers were very encouraging and respectful throughout.
