Interview process not upto the mark. They kept candidates waiting for longer periods of time without declaring the shortlisted candidates even after multiple rounds. The candidates was just kept on hold, when it got late night the company team insisted all the candidates to come the next day again travelling. The technical interviews was not as per the job description and they asked as and what they wanted do.
