The interview process was fairly straightforward, almost as if the interviewer was simply reading a list of requirements directly from the job posting. There was little engagement or discussion beyond that. The coding challenge, on the other hand, was excessively large in scope—essentially asking candidates to work for free by completing a highly detailed and time-consuming task. It felt more like unpaid labor than a fair assessment of skills.
