      I interviewed at AppsFlyer

      Interview

I interviewed with AppsFlyer for over two months and progressed through five interviews, a case study assignment and an in-person presentation, only to be abruptly removed from the process after being ghosted ahead of one of the final stages. To make matters worse, the recruiting coordinator scheduled an HR interview with someone who was apparently on PTO. The following day, I received a rejection stating that another candidate was “further along” and they did not want to “waste more of my time”, a highly confusing explanation given how advanced I already was in the process. I understand hiring decisions can change, but after such a significant investment of time, the experience came across as disorganized, unprofessional and reflective of poor internal communication and process management.
