Interview
Pyramid commission structure. No leads provided with super low bps commissions. Must sit through a 45 min video to then schedule a interview. They should be 100% transparent and not trying to sell new mlos that don't know better. I will 100% not recommend this company to anyone.

Interview
Not what I would describe as a normal interview process. You have to watch a one hour webinar before you can schedule for an interview. They ask somewhat difficult questions. They tell you that you don't need a Mortgage Loan Officer license to get started, but what they don't tell you upfront is that you are expected to pay out of pocket for the license with no reimbursement. The license isn't cheap either, so unless you're willing to shell out a few hundred dollars to get the license, don't bother applying.

Question 1
How do you fit in with the company's values? How do you get along with a team? When was a time you had to innovate a solution to a problem?

Interview
After watching a 1 hour webinar, we can click a link to set up an interview. At the interview I was asked several tough questions. Then at the end you find out they want to sell a pre-license course for $550 to $600 which is twice the price of what others sell this course for. I think they mostly consider this a sales call to sell this pre-license course under the guise of a job interview. Waste of time process. They should be up front about the cost before putting people down this bunny trail.
