I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Approachable Geek
Interview
Was reached out by co-founder, Bruce. Was told to schedule a video interview where they record your answers via a webcam, the whole thing was about 10 questions with a 2-3 minute timer on each recorded question, no one else on the other end. Never had an interview like this before, but I didnt mind it. I did, however, mind that when I reached out to Bruce on more than one occasion for a follow-up I was ignored. This seemed to happen to another individual as well. I expected at least some feedback from a small company of less than 15 people, even if it were to say that "Sorry, youre not a fit for our company" but no reply.

Interview
Nice team of leaders, initial interview with video recording then quick meet and greet. Felt a bit rushed like they were trying to get through too many candidates in one day. Owners seemed a little young and new to the interview process. But overall positive experience

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 5 years, what do you like about the company...pretty typical.

Interview
I was asked to interview for a Software Engineer remote position a few weeks ago. The process was through a pre-recorded video site where I had to record video answers to each question. It felt very lazy for them to conduct interviews this way.
