Three rounds: 1) Phone interview with a few technical questions. 2) Teams/Zoom interview with more technical questions (checks for understanding of linear algebra, optimization methods, statistical analysis, etc.). 3) In person interview with a 30 min. presentation on a topic of my choice, followed by questions, behavioral interview questions, and a coding session where they test debugging skills.

Next, several one-on-one sessions with staff, most of who were in the presentation
They may or may not take you out to lunch
If they are interested, the interview will end with someone going over the benefits and such, rather than specifics related to the position.
