2 round of interview, pretty chill the interview revolvs around personality and technical skill, i would recommend going through your resume.
Swcond round of interview usually is a technical round and they require a ppt presentation.
Phone Screening was short and sweet. There wasn’t very much to it. I imagine the next step would have been a final interview, then discussing the offer. Etc etc etc

I interviewed at Applied Optoelectronics (Sugar Land, TX)
Interview
The HR screening process was disappointing and felt unprofessional. The recruiter seemed poorly prepared, misspelled my name, and the conversation was very transactional. Instead of spending meaningful time understanding my semiconductor process engineering experience, the discussion focused heavily on salary expectations. I also felt the recruiter was trying to anchor my compensation expectation lower rather than evaluate my technical fit for the role. Overall, the HR interaction gave me a negative impression of the hiring process, even though the technical role itself seemed relevant to my background.
