      Interview

Overall interview process seems OK but I still remember the first interviewer experience was horrible. The first interview was scheduled for 30min, but the interviewer was 10min late, his first word I still remember was "OMG what a long day, lets begin". He has no  plan to apologize for being late and has no plan to do any formal introduction. All he said was I have a coding question for you, let me know when you are ready in the coding pad. I was able to finish the coding question on time but I felt not fair due to having only less than 20min of the time for the interview. I still remember the interviewer's name is Adriano. Hopeful you  guys don't have a chance to meet with him.

Hi this is Adriano. I wanted to apologize, it was not my intention to conduct the interview in that way. No excuse for being late or flippant at the beginning. Sorry about that. I know interviewing can be stressful and I am sure that behavior can add to it. Re: the point on the introduction, that is something we do slightly differently. Our technical interviews only test technical abilities and do not touch on fit (which is assessed in different parts of the interview process). Hence, the decision to move on to the next phase is made solely on the solution to the technical problem (rather than fit) as the later stages of the interviewing process give us an opportunity to dive deeper with candidates. Internally we also talked about tweaking some of our process to make that clear. Re: my personal performance, that is something I will work on.

      Interview

The process started with a behavioral recruiter screen focused on my background, interest in the company, and general fit for the role. After that, I had a technical interview on CoderPad involving reading data from an API and working with nested JSON. The problem started straightforward and then added follow-up requirements, including finding the maximum velocity and maximum range from the returned data.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Applied Intuition (Sunnyvale, CA) in Apr 2026

      Interview

The entire process took about 3 weeks. I am a new-grad. - Recruiter Call - 45-minute technical screen - 3-hour virtual onsite (first 30 minutes is group introduction, followed by three 45-minute coding rounds) - 45-minute hiring manager interview

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

1 leetcode medium/hard question in each 45-minute coding rounds with follow-up. The hiring manager round is very weird and I was asked what I liked and don’t like about each internship.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Applied Intuition in Mar 2026

      Interview

Recruiter screening lasted around 30 minutes, followed by a C++ coding interview. The coding round was challenging, and I could not fully complete the problem. Did not move forward afterward.
