I received a phone call for an interview, I showed up well dressed to find the manager in casual attire. This was fine with me, made me more comfortable, and there were a few generic questions. The way the questions were addressed, it was obvious that they already knew they were going to hire me before the interview.
I had to dress professionally and they asked me about school, life goals and trajectory. Was really good , the interviewer was rlly nice. The kitchen is also really clean compared to other places ive worked.
i mean they just asked if i had any cooking experience but i got a better job elsewhere so that's why i didn't take it. it wouldn't be a bad job though
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Applebee's in Oct 2024
Interview
it was quick and simple, with direct questions, about 15 minutes long, the person was friendly and easy to talk to, asked questions about different scenarios and previous jobs, as well as behavioral questions and old relations with coworkers in previous jobs.
