I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Applebee's (Carlsbad, NM) in Oct 2011
Interview
The phone interviews went really well. Very personable and direct. However, once I interviewed in person it changed my feel for the company. It was a differt person interviewing. I dont think he looked me in the eye even one time. He was preoccupied with his surroundings. He just kept watching all the staff and seemed to be mentally somewhere else. He would ask a question and after I had responded I was not ever sure if he knew I was done answering the question. It just felt very awkward. The staff however seemed to be a well oiled machine. Very efficient and organized. Seemed lik a really nice group of people.
