It was a quick one on one experience while they were recruiting. They came to my university and I set up an interview. After my interview, she gave me her card and the next day i emailed her about the positions they offered. after i got a call asking me more question and the hiring process.

Interview
Pretty usual. But asking more questions about career goals and looking at experience versus career goals. Goes over the content and presentation of your resume and may offer ideas to make it readable by hiring managers. Treat it like you would an actual interview.
